Design draughtsman

Graphic design work is now carried out with CAD systems in the majority of cases. Related problems are resolved with the help of a computer using suitable programmes. The work includes drawing up technical documentation with planning documents, calculations, drawings and the related correspondence. The draughtsman’s job sometimes involves documentation drafted in English and communicating in English.

Requirements: secondary school lower level leaving certificate (Mittlerer Bildungsabschluss in German education system).
Duration: 3 ½ years
