Loewe Academy.
Loewe believes in its employees. Each and every individual is characterised by their high motivational commitment and professional credentials, not to mention a healthy dose of team spirit. We are constantly on the look-out for enthusiastic new talent to ensure that we are optimally equipped for whatever lies ahead.
And since 2004 our main port of call has been the Loewe Academy. Here, Loewe employees establish a network with interested high school pupils and students who display above-average levels of performance and commitment. In this way, valuable contacts can be made early on – before leaving school or through internship placements. Those who attend the Loewe Academy gain an insight into the interesting activities underway at Loewe; new products are presented and there is the opportunity to participate in soft skills workshops.
During the regular Academy meetings creative thought strategies are developed into concrete concepts for future innovation. These ideas are further developed in conjunction with specialists to find a real-world application and the results are then presented to the appropriate members of management.
