The online magazine “i-fidelity.net” has published individual tests of the Loewe Soundbox and the Loewe AirSpeaker under the heading “Stil-Ikonen” [Style icons]. Both devices received the overall verdict of “very good”.

“The times in which form had to concede to functionality are officially over. With the SoundBox and the AirSpeaker, Loewe has brought two masterpieces of design onto the market – devices which on the one hand appear highly puristic through their clear design idiom and the economy of buttons on the housing, and on the other hand are genuine eye-catchers by dint of their interchangeable insets and purposeful use of colour. It is rare that pieces of technology speak to such a broad audience through their aesthetics alone – the AirSpeaker and the SoundBox carry off the balancing act of looking at once timeless yet innovative. In terms of sound, the two devices leave no wish unfulfilled. It’s good to know that today, it’s still possible to find substantial content beneath a stylish shell.”
