Berlin/Kronach. – The focus of Loewe’s exhibition stand at IFA 2011 in Berlin is “My Entertainment”. Cutting-edge design icons introduce the future of multimedia home entertainment while highly acclaimed televisions present 3D in perfection. Individually designed sound systems with stand-alone character create staggering sound of unparalleled quality. In addition to convenient Internet applications, an innovative set-up option is a further focal point. After all, television has long since ceased to be “just” television. Television is multimedia.

Three new design studies – Loewe Pivot, Loewe Module and Loewe Mirror – are the central focus of the Loewe exhibition stand. Multimedia – combined with unexpected effects and equipped with pioneering technology – this is what sets the Loewe icons apart. They are a unique blend of minimalistic design and new, individual applications.

Following the market launch of 3D for the Loewe Individual, the Loewe Connect and Loewe Art product families are now also to be equipped with Active Shutter 3D technology. Whether it’s two or three-dimensional, the Loewe 3D TV will always display the best picture for your viewing pleasure.

SoundVision, Air Speaker, Soundbox and the Home Cinema Set – perfection in Loewe audio. The new SoundVision and Soundbox audio systems are available as all-in-one options. The SoundVision system can be operated with the utmost convenience using a 7.5 inch Multi Touch display or the Loewe Assist remote control, while the Soundbox system is the ideal secondary device. Music is transmitted wirelessly from an iPhone, iPod, iPad or from iTunes to the Loewe Air Speaker via the AirPlay standard, guaranteeing superior quality audio enjoyment. The Home Cinema Set consists of the Loewe MediaVision 3D system, Loewe satellite speakers, the Loewe compact subwoofer and the Loewe Assist Multi-Control. It can also be used with TVs from other manufacturers.

Outstanding television is also available in smaller formats with the Loewe Connect SL on a 22 inch or 26 inch screen, courtesy of state-of-the-art Edge LED technology. These devices round off the Connect family perfectly and are ideal as secondary televisions in the kitchen or guestroom.

The Loewe Wall Stand Flex attracted particular attention at the IFA previews. This innovative set-up option, which enables the TV set to be leant against the wall, impressed the professional jury and was honoured with the IFA Preview Award.

MediaNet transforms a Loewe TV into a media portal that guarantees large format Internet enjoyment, particularly through the option of accessing new content such as maxdome and Napster or, in the social media world, Facebook and Twitter.

The new Loewe Control application, through which an iPad can become a multifunctional remote control, ensures superior convenience. The Loewe VideoNet App affords access to countless online videos which can be transferred conveniently onto the television screen via an iPad. With these two functions, the German premium manufacturer Loewe succeeds in optimally connecting TVs with the Apple iPad.

The Loewe Individual 46 Compose 3D received a particularly coveted prize – the international EISA Award for the Best Product 2011-2012 in the category "European AV-streaming TV". The jury, composed of the editors in chief from the EISA specialist magazines, was particularly impressed by the combination of superior picture and sound quality with unlimited connectivity. The prize will be officially presented during the IFA.
