Kronach/Shenzhen. – Loewe is strengthening its commitment in Asia. The company founded Loewe Asia Holding Ltd, based in Hong Kong, at the end of April. This was followed in July by a subsidiary, Loewe Technology Shenzhen Ltd in Shenzhen, China.
“The aim of our subsidiary in China is to focus internal activities on better exploiting the existing networks in Asia and thus sustainably optimising our supply chain”, Loewe’s chief technology officer, Dr Detlef Teichner, points out. “This will allow us to expand our product portfolio rapidly and effectively and, in turn, make the entire company even more responsive and innovative.”
The audio sector is destined to be a core focus of such procurement activities so as to ensure, amongst other things, that Loewe’s Kronach facilities are optimally supplied with technical components from the global supply network.
“With our new subsidiary in China, we have laid yet another essential strategic milestone for the internationalisation of the company”, comments Loewe CEO Oliver Seidl.
