Kronach. – After receiving the highly-coveted international EISA award for the Loewe Individual 46 Compose 3D, the German premium manufacturer Loewe is systematically continuing its market offensive as the purveyor of unparalleled picture quality. As such the Loewe Connect and Loewe Art product families are now also to be equipped with Active Shutter 3D technology. Whether it’s two or three-dimensional, the Loewe 3D TV will always display the best picture for your viewing pleasure. The brightness and high picture frequency on the displays of the new TVs – the Loewe Connect 40 3D, Loewe Art 40 3D and the Loewe Art 46 3D – are perfect for viewing 3D content. They are even capable of converting two-dimensional programmes into 3D. The picture quality of unconverted 2D programmes is also significantly improved courtesy of the 3D-compatible screen. Furthermore, Loewe offers the 3D-compatible Blu-ray player, Loewe BluTechVision 3D, as an additional signal source. An unsurpassable home entertainment experience which taps deep into your emotions is guaranteed through freely combinable Loewe sound solutions and the fact that the entire system can be operated via just one remote control.

Loewe Connect

Several years ago Loewe set a major trend for the entire consumer electronics industry with the successful Connect television line. Right from the outset, the smart TV, Connect, exemplified the connectivity from which it takes its name – with the simple networking of numerous multimedia applications. And now, the Loewe MediaPortal is bringing together advanced multimedia functions. The innovative MediaNet function allows the straight-forward integration of vast amounts of online content into the home entertainment system. Loewe MediaNet allows easy access to a broad selection of Internet content via the television screen, from videos to music, to news and radio from the Internet, or even simply online surfing. And all of this can be conveniently operated via the remote control. The built-in LAN interface allows access to pictures, music and videos from the home network via MediaHome. When it comes to the complete music power of 80 watts, the downward-facing bass speaker (Downfire Woofer) perfectly rounds off the low frequency foundation. Three HDMI interfaces allow operation of Blu-ray players and games consoles. And the easy-to-access USB port can be used as a data interface too. Even future-proofing is taken care of by the two CI+ interfaces, integrated as standard. The Loewe Connect 3D's improved colour reproduction, refined detail resolution, optimised response time and refined moving image display ensure a brilliant picture. The new Loewe Connect 3D flat-screen TVs, equipped with a high-quality front panel made of non-reflective quartz glass, enrich this line in a spectacular third dimension.

Loewe Art

The Loewe Art establishes timelessly elegant design in the living room. In addition to its sophisticated exterior, the inner workings of the new flat-screen television combine maximum convenience with captivating functions. The LED panel, with up to 200Hz picture quality, ensures excellent motion reproduction with maximum precision and sharpness, and is central to the image technology of the new Loewe Art. Meanwhile, Edge LED backlighting guarantees outstanding contrast values. The integrated speakers provide the perfect sound. They’re a treat for the ears, delivering precise treble, a clear midrange, and powerful bass. Dolby Digital Plus, dts and a 5.1 decoder are also included in the package and provide the perfect home cinema experience.
Loewe MediaText is also integrated as standard. With this new function, Loewe has integrated the most stylish and convenient videotext of all time based on HbbTV technology. This is a Europe-wide standard, which is already offered by many broadcasters in Germany. The TV’s harmonious integration into the living environment is guaranteed by the attractive colour options: exquisite High Gloss Black, high-tech Chrome Silver, and warm Mocha. Loewe offers a wide selection of individual set-up solutions. The new Loewe Art 3D TVs, with 40 or 46 inch screen diagonal, are the perfect gateway to large-scale home cinema.

Loewe 3D – now available for the small screen

Loewe rounds off its range of 3D TVs with the attractive Individual 32 Compose Sound 3D and the future-proof Loewe Connect 32 3D. The Individual 3D flat-screen TV comes in High Gloss White, Aluminium Black and Aluminium Silver; its brilliant picture and an integrated DR+ hard drive with a capacity of 500 GB ensure that it shines. The interchangeable insets can also be freely designed to suit individual colour preferences. The Loewe Connect 32 3D is also 3D-compatible. Its contemporary design particularly appeals to a younger target audience. With their 32 inch screen diagonals, both TVs could also be used as an exclusive secondary device, making them perfect for DR+ Streaming.

DR+ Streaming

All Loewe 3D TVs with integrated DR+ hard disk recorder are equipped with this innovative and supremely convenient function. It is based on the optionally integrated recorder with a storage capacity of 500 GB and facilitates the exchange of TV recordings between various Loewe televisions in the home network. A real stand-out feature of DR+ Streaming is the Follow Me function. The Follow Me function allows a programme to be paused at any time and then continued on another television set. The integrated hard disk recorder acts as a server, streaming the programme via Powerline, LAN or WLAN to another television set. Moving from the living room to a secondary room whilst continuing to watch the same programme is no problem – all that's needed is a touch of the pause button and the activation of the Follow Me function. The programme can be picked up where it was left off, on the television in the secondary room, and nothing is missed. The television in the living room automatically switches to an energy-saving, stand-by mode. As long as the content provider allows recording, both 2D and 3D content can be conveniently recorded and streamed to another 3D-compatible Loewe TV courtesy of the multi-award winning DR+ Streaming function. The secondary TV need not be equipped with an integrated hard drive.

Loewe System

Naturally, the new intuitively operable 3D products can also be perfectly integrated into the Loewe system landscape. This creates a great variety of set-up solutions and sound options – up to 5.1 or even 7.1 surround sound together with a perfect 3D picture – to bring the cinema experience home. The Loewe 3D home entertainment system can, for example, be perfectly supplemented with the Loewe BluTechVision 3D Blu-ray player. It is the perfect playback device for spectacular home cinema. The Loewe 3D system takes on a certain elegance when the playback device and audio components, such as a Loewe Subwoofer or Sound Projector, are integrated into a beautifully finished Loewe Rack. The Loewe Active 3D glasses can also be stored here securely whilst always remaining to hand. With the standard accompanying Loewe Assist remote control the complete 3D system can be operated from just one source.
