Loewe shares were first listed in the SMAX segment of the German stock exchange on 8 July 1999. They were listed on the MDAX from 27 December 2001. With the restructuring of the market segments, Loewe shares entered the prime standard. Due to the reduction of the MDAX to 50 prices, Loewe shares were listed on the SDAX. The German stock exchange executive board decided to take Loewe shares off the SDAX, with effect from 20 September 2010, as a result of the low market capitalisation.
The main shareholders are the Sharp Corporation of Japan with 28.83%, along with the Company's Executive Board and Corporate Bodies (and members of their families) with 14.00% and the French storage and network specialist LaCie S.A., Paris with 11.17%. Free float represents 46.00% of the Loewe AG capital of 13,009,229 shares.
